Wages and Side Benefits
Bursa Pazarı observes the corporate and non-corporate balances within the practices of competitive working environment and offers wages and side benefits accordingly.
Wages of our employees are increased annually based on the criteria of personal and corporate performance and inflation. Selling-focused performance bonuses are granted to our sales team. Bonuses are also annually granted to other teams based on corporate and personal performance.
Colleagues who have been with us for a certain period of time gain the private medical insurance right including inpatient and outpatient treatment.
A personnel shuttle service is operated on central routes for our employees working in the headquarters. Lunch is offered at our cafeteria for our employees in the headquarters.
