COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Bursa Pazarı offers competitive compensation and benefits, taking into account internal and external balances within the scope of the competitive work environment practices.
Within our company, an annual salary increase is applied based on company and individual performance, as well as inflation criteria. In our sales team, performance-based sales incentives are applied. For non-sales teams, an annual performance-based bonus system is also in place.
Employees who meet certain employment terms are entitled to comprehensive private health insurance covering inpatient and outpatient services.
For employees at the Headquarters, there is a staff shuttle service passing through central routes.
