In the product categories that we produce, especially for household and out-of-home consumption, grasping the specific requirements of our customers for baking paper, cling film, and aluminum foil is of critical importance. We carefully follow procedures like size, thickness, and packaging type from order to delivery, acting as a partner in our customers’ business.

Production at Bunzl Bursa Pazarı
We are one of Türkiye’s highest-capacity producers of cling film, aluminum foil, and baking paper for both catering and household types. We hold the highest capacity in Türkiye for kitchen-type baking paper.
Our production facility, certified with a world-recognized AA+rated BRCGS Product Safety Certification, manufactures products suitable for both household use and out-of-home consumption, including cling film, aluminum foil, and baking paper.

We have a capacity of 5.000 tons in the production of baking paper, cling film, and aluminum foil for both catering and kitchen types.
Quality in Production
We regularly update our quality control measures in the production process of baking paper, cling film, aluminum foil, and oven bags to achieve the best results.
Regular testing ensures that our products meet quality standards throughout the production process. We educate our staff with regular training in quality control processes, safety measures, and equipment usage.
We also follow occupational health and safety regulations, including fire prevention systems, emergency exits, fire extinguishing equipment, and other safety measures, subject to periodic inspections by Bunzl Group.
Hygiene in Production
Given our products come into contact with food, we care about hygiene in our production area and machines; we comply with all the measures required by the BRCGS Product Safety Certification.
Our facility is designed to meet hygienic standards. It is regularly cleaned and disinfected according to monthly plans. We receive periodic pest control services from expert corporate partners.
We take all necessary measures to prevent foreign matter contamination. Our production staff follows hygienic rules and they use the required protective equipment. Regular maintenance and repairs are performed on our production equipment.
Technology in Production
Bunzl Bursa Pazarı’s production success is due to its fast and efficient production processes. By incorporating the industry’s top-quality machines into our production line and utilizing them efficiently, we achieve strong production volumes.
Significant milestones in our production include the introduction of cling film and aluminum foil production in 1994 and the investment in fully automated cling film and aluminum foil winding machines at our 13.500 m2 facility in 2011. The year 2011 marked a significant turning point in our production capabilities. In 2020, we added fully automatic baking paper machinery, and in 2021, further automatic cling film and aluminum foil winding machines, increasing our capacity.
We continuously work on implementing smart machines and automation systems to increase production efficiency and reduce costs. We stay updated with technological advancements to incorporate the latest innovations in production.
With our high production volume and state-of-the-art machinery, we have a wide distribution network including traditional packaging wholesalers, Horeca and catering companies, corporate firms, hospitals and offices, national and local chain markets, discount markets, individual and corporate customers shopping through our e-commerce channel, and customers wanting private label production through our export channel. We continue to grow confidently and strongly, maintaining quality and ensuring prompt deliveries.

Baking Papers
- Sourced from the world's leading producers, we use the highest quality paper for our baking papers.
- Our baking papers are doublesided siliconecoated, preventing food from sticking to the tray.
- Suitable for all types of ovens, airfryers, and toasters.
- Withstand baking temperatures up to 220 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
- Available in thicknesses from 35gsm to 41 gsm.
- We produce cut sheets or rolls, with or without cores, with serrated or sliding cutter options.
- We can dispatch baking papers boxed, unboxed, cored, or in OPP shrink wrap.
Aluminum Foils
- Aluminum foils are used for wrapping, storing, and transporting food, keeping cooked or raw food fresh for longer, and preventing odors from spreading and contaminating other foods in the fridge.
- We produce various types including short length household and long length catering aluminum foils.
- Our aluminum foils can be produced with cardboard serrated boxes for easy cutting, or as per request with plastic or metal serrated boxes.
- We dispatch aluminum foils boxed, unboxed, and in OPP shrink wrap.
Cling Films
- We can produce cling films using PVC (polyvinyl chloride) or PE (polyethylene) raw materials.
- We can manufacture different types of cling films, ranging from short-length household cling films to long-length catering cling films.
- Our portfolio includes industrial cling films and wrap cling films with various thicknesses and lengths.
- We also offer pallet cling films in different thicknesses and lengths.
- We can ship our cling films in boxed, unboxed, and PE cling films in OPP shrink-wrapped packaging.
